	Verdere opmerkingen	Hello, The room we have available is in a neighbourhood called Haagse Beemden, which is not located in the city centre, but is close by. About 300 meters walking distance from our house a bus is directly going to the NHTV or Avans Hogeschool, at 400 m there is a train station, the train will take you to the city within 3 minutes. Additionally, a bike is available. The room is not huge, but it will probably be enough for your stay. It is furnished with a bed, closet and desk. The house contains a shared living room, kitchen, and bathroom. You may use all facilities, like a washing machine/dryer, microwave, oven, refrigerator etc. Without extra charge, wireless internet is available as well. Because our house is not located near bars, it is quite peaceful. Although, when you like going out, you will be in the city quickly. When you are interested let me know, please also provide me than some information about yourself (maybe a pic?), so that I can ask my housemates what they think. You will stay in the house with one other male and female. Hope to have informed you enough, and hope to hear from you soon!
